Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are custom-manufactured (stretch ceilings, profiles, lighting, doors, etc.), all sales are considered final. Please review measurements, designs, and specifications carefully before placing your order.

Eligible Returns: Only standard, non-custom accessories (tools, transformers, standard lighting) may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products (stretch ceilings, printed membranes, aluminum profiles cut to size, custom doors, special finishes, or any made-to-order items) cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
